Joe’s place was perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway! The location was great, walking distance to all local eateries & we loved having some great suggestions Joe had left for us to check out during our time in Sea Isle! His home was beautiful, just like the pictures and super clean! My favorite part of each morning was enjoying a cup of coffee on the balcony and catching a glimpse of the ocean in the distance. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Great place right by the beach/boardwalk. Walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Clean house with great deck to dine outside. Would highly recommend!

We stayed in sea isle for the weekend to enjoy our sons first birthday ! We woke for the sunrise on the beach both days, went to the cape May zoo, and had kohrs custard with our son for the first time in Cape May.

My family had a great long weekend at the beach thanks to Jak’z sandbar. Joe was very accommodating and flexible when there was a scheduling error and we needed to change our arrangements. The house was very clean and we didn’t run into any complications. My family liked how everything was layout and clear about check in and check out procedure. We also enjoyed that we didn’t need to bring beach chairs or toys. It was the perfect place for 8 adults and 3 kids with room to spare. My family would love to stay there again! Also side note the beach was beautiful in the off season, would deff go in late September again it was great to have the beach to ourselves!

We were so excited to finally get to Sea Isle this year and Jakz was the perfect spot for the family. We originally were doing a girls weekend, but plans fell through and we planned a family weekend instead.  The bedrooms with a queen bed and a set of bunk beds were perfect to fit parents and kids. The master bedroom was great, there was a huge closet that we joked Could be another room.  Sitting on the deck was great, you could see (and hear!) the ocean and the sun wasn’t in your eyes at sunset (usually a pain point for us during happy hour).  Joe was so helpful and kept in communication for any hiccups we had getting settled.  I wish we could have spent more time in Sea Isle but we really enjoyed our long weekend!

Joe’s place Jakz Sandbar is at a perfect location, very easy to get around and walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants. His place is great, very clean and has everything you need. Joe was also extremely helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Would definitely recommend his place to anyone looking for a memorable stay blocks away from the beach.

“Super Shore Gem”

Our stay was a last minute short but sweet getaway. We were so lucky to find such a super gem when we did. Sea Isle City is always a prime beach choice and Jak’z will now be a prime choice for us to stay. Location couldn’t be any better! The property has all the amenities one would need including all the beach items for adults and kids alike.

Jakz Sandbar was clutch timing.  Joe hooked it up and got us this beautiful house and location right in the core of Sea Isle.  Walking distance to stores, and shops. and 2 min walk to the beach!  The Boys loved it, plenty of space, even had enough space in living room to pop 2 more queen blowups~~!  Beach tags and Pong table really supplied the fun! 3 fridges! 4 showers, NO Complaints . Joe also responded when i reached out with questions, very attentive.  Thanks brother, I’ll be back for sure.

House was great. Perfect set up for two families. We had 9 people but could easily fit more. Kitchen had everything we needed. Super close to the beach, made heading home for the restroom easy. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Joe made the process easy and informative, we didn’t go into it not knowing all the details about the house. He was very responsive to any communication. We would stay again!

“Perfect Location & Great Home”

We just got home from such a great week at Jak’z Sandbar. The location of the house is perfect with so many things within walking distance and a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The house itself was very homey and comfortable with plenty of space for the kids to play while the adults relaxed. The covered deck was awesome, especially on the days when it rained since we were still able to enjoy being outside. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook and have meals, and the garage was stocked with plenty beach gear. It was nice not having to bring beach chairs and beach toys from home. Overall, a great location, home, and vacation. Thanks again, Joe!

The house itself was very accommodating. It has everything you can think of for your family and truly felt like home away from home. You can see the ocean from the covered deck. Sit outside during a rain storm. It was a relaxing perfect vacation.

Yet another fun and relaxing vacation at Jakz Sandbar.  After such a crazy few months due to Covid-19, it was the perfect getaway to unwind and spend time with family.  This year we had a little “stowaway” with our new crew; the first Grand Baby!!  We can’t wait to bring her along with us next year to enjoy the beach.  Thank you for sharing this wonderful home with us.

Joe was a great host. He was easy to communicate with and had clear, concise directions for check in/check out. We appreciated the location being so close to the beach, restaurants, and Wawa. Literally one block to the beach… loved the house —came with beach chairs and tags. Nice deck with chairs and an ocean view. Kitchen fully stocked. Owner was quick to respond for any questions/needs highly recommend!

Great location! Very short walk to the beach and the bay. A nice coffee shop is 2 short blocks away. A Wawa only two more blocks from that and a lot of the restaurants and bars just 4 short blocks away! Beaches are clean as well as the area around the house. The entire house is nice and tidy (including the garage.) There were beach chairs & beach tags which a lot of places claim to have but when you get there they don’t. Fully stocked kitchen. Joe’s place was everything he said it to be. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Joe’s place was perfect for a girls weekend away! I’ve been a Sea Isle girl for awhile now and it was exactly what I was looking for! Great location, close to the beach, close to bars and the house was spacious and clean! Joe was also super helpful with the whole process as well as details for checking in/the weekend. I definitely would rent again and would totally recommend to anyone looking for a great place!

A few friends and myself stayed at Jakz sandbar over New Years Eve. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about their beautiful and spacious home. The host, Joe, is extremely accommodating and there for any questions or recommendations. I highly recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a vacation close to the beach and near a ton of bars/ restaurants. We will certainly be back and make sure we stay at Jakz Sandbar. Wish I could give this place more than 5 stars.
