Overview

From the moment we walked in we knew we picked the right place. This home is beautifully decorated. The layout was perfect for our family providing common space to hangout but also private comfortable bedrooms when we needed quiet. The location is ideal. Communication with Joe was outstanding before and during our trip. You can tell the owners clearly take immense pride in their property. If your looking for a beautifully maintained property for your jersey shore vacation…this is the one. This is without a doubt , a five star experience.

Great stay. The place looked just like the pictures and was very clean. Joe communicated often and made everything easy.

Joe was a fantastic host and the house was beautiful! He was extremely communicative with me both before and during my stay and answered any questions I had. The house was close to the beach and to coffee shops and restaurants, which is exactly what I needed! I would highly recommend Joe’s place to anyone!

In our view this location is excellent with quiet in the evening and easy access to the beach during the day. That’s perfect for our family. We have 5 adults, and we invite some extended family and friends that otherwise would never enjoy the summer beach. Multi-generational, but all in 1 spot.
We are in for past 4 years and multi-week rentals – really no issue.
One time we had one of the AC units go out and Joe had a technician onsite that day. We went to the beach, and it was fixed upon our return a few hours later. The owner is organized, thorough with reminders and professional follow up. Joe and his wife also spend time at the home, so it’s not some corporate owner or a call center (please note investment companies own many of these rentals) – Joe takes pride in the experience you have as a guest in the rental.
We expect to be doing this for many years – building family memories.

Great location, clean & quiet surroundings.  Joe’s place has it all. The location is convenient to everything. We went crabbing, fishing, boating, shot hoops and played paddle ball and we did it all within a short distance. We were a total of nine family members. We had plenty of room. My family absolutely loves this house, we have been renting it twice a summer for the few years. The location is perfect, its clean and has tons of space. The owners are wonderful to work with. Will continue renting this house.

This was the perfect location and house for our family vacation. We couldn’t ask for anything more! We loved the house so much, so spacious, clean, and close everything in SIC! This house has everything that you need! The communication from Joe was great! We hope to come back next year!

Home was very nice and clean. The photos showed the rooms as they were. Very easy to deal with owner and details of what to do upon your arrival and departure.

Amazing location in easy walking distance to the beach and promenade. Plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, coffee shops, parks, and attractions within walking distance. The house is beautiful and cozy with plenty of space and child friendly. The host is very responsive and works hard to give guests a welcoming and comfortable experience. Our children and family had such a wonderful beach vacation! We hope to go back again next year!

We have vacationed in Sea Isle City with our family for over 20 years. Jakz Sandbar is by far our favorite home to rent. The home is clean, well maintained, the proximity to the beach is awesome, it is in a quiet area, yet close enough to mini golf, restaurants, shops, the arcades and ice cream to walk. We just returned home and can’t wait until next year!

This was our 2nd year at Jakz and our family had another amazing trip! Joe continues to be a wonderful host for our family vacation. The house is always spectacular and the location is perfect for us. Joe always checks in to make sure everything is perfect for us and his communication is much appreciated! I can’t recommend Jakz Sandbar enough!

Girls Weekend Getaway – We had a great experience at Jack’z Sandbar! We had a girls weekend here a few years ago and decided to come back. The house was perfect and we had a wonderful time! It was clean and welcoming and the owner is super helpful and responsive.

My family and I have come back to Jakz Sandbar multiple times over the last few years to spend some time together in the offseason. We love the location and space in the house for all of us. Since our first stay in 2020, there have been some great upgrades made in the house as well. We really enjoyed the new big couch in the living room and new kitchen appliances. The host is always very helpful and responsive with any necessary instructions and questions. We plan to come back again!
