Everything was so amazing! The house was super clean, host gave easy instructions on how to enter and where to park. Was very quick to answer texts/emails! It was a perfect wedding weekend ????

It was a great stay. Joe was friendly, responsive and helpful, and the property was clean, spacious and comfortable. The only note I would add to his website description is that 2 of the queen size beds are pushed up against walls, so someone in each bed needs to climb over their partner or exit/enter at the foot of the bed. Just be aware as you think about room assignments.

This is my third time at Jakz Sandbar, and every time it is wonderful! My friends remarked at how well stocked the kitchen was, so many comfortable sleeps and that porch! Many world problems are solved there! We will be back. Joe is so nice and very responsive.

Perfect house and location for our family. Walking distance to everything!! Comfy couch, comfy beds. My 19 and 22 year old said this was the best vacation ever! One block to the beach and one block to the bay. Can you get any better? Parking was easy and very nice neighbors. I look forward to coming again. Thank you.

Love everything about Jak’z Sandbar. The location is absolutely perfect. Park the car and walk all week. The house is spacious, well appointed and maintained. The covered deck is one of my favorite places to gather and enjoy.

JAKZ Sandbar is a fabulous vacation home with ocean views. Just minutes to the beach and all the action that Sea Isle has to offer–we could even see fireworks from the upstairs deck!! The home is stocked with everything you could need to make for a great vacation. The owners are always available and very accommodating. My family had a wonderful week and I would highly recommend this home.

My family and I have stayed in Sea Isle for many years and have rented numerous homes, however this was by far our favorite! The location was perfect, the balcony with the covered deck was amazing as we could sit out and never felt hot at all while we enjoyed the view of the beach. The extra fridge in the garage was a God send for storing food and drink for the week, and we loved that there were numerous beach chairs to use. The beds were comfortable and the home was spacious! Joe, the owner, couldn’t be nicer. He texted me upon arrival to make sure everything was to our liking and checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything. He is very receptive to texts and answers promptly. Everyone had a great time and we will definitely rent again!

This rental home is absolute perfection. We truly enjoyed our stay in this modern yet cozy and comfortable beach home. Seeing the ocean from the second floor covered deck is amazing while enjoying morning coffee at the large table and chairs.  The family room is extremely spacious with a huge sectional and oversized chair. The kitchen has everything needed that you could imagine while cooking. The tv is huge and we enjoyed watching our Philadelphia Phillies play.  Every bedroom was immaculate and each bed very comfortable. It just feels like home. The bathrooms are all spacious and perfect for a large group. Full size washer and dryer are a huge bonus. We especially loved the outdoor shower after returning from the beach. The garage has a full size fridge which we had filled all week long with food and beverages. There are tons of beach chairs to use as well. There is nothing we could think of that this home didn’t have for our group. We will certainly return here in the future for another vacation.
We were so happy all week. My family loved it. Yours will too!

The place was perfect for our weekend trip! The house is just as it looks in pictures and the location is right near the shops and restaurants in Main Street of sea isle. Joe was super responsive and really good at communicating if I had any questions. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful place! Very spacious without being too spread out. We had a great time at Jak’z. Great location and we could walk to everything. Joe was so flexible and communicative! We will definitely be back!
