“Perfect Host!!”

Joe was a perfect host! He checked in with me every step of the way, making me feel comfortable. Check in was an easy process. The house has plenty of room and all the amenities were there for us. The ocean views from the front deck are beautiful!

Joe’s Communication as a host was great. Perfect location watching the ocean from your patio deck. Very clean and plenty of room for guests. Easy walk to bars and restaurants.

“Spacious Four Bedroom”

As soon as we entered the home we knew the Lucias family cared about the comforts of their guest. This spacious four bedroom, three bedroom house had everything we needed to be comfortable plus some wonderful additions like shakers, blow dryers and extra blankets. Joe was extremely accommodating and gracious and his property is in a great location . We appreciated that he checked on us upon arrival and after check out.. Joe you will see us again. Soon. The Braca bartenders.

“Great House and Host”

Rented Jak’z Sandbar for a guys golf weekend. Joe the host was super easy to work with and the communication could not have been better. A big plus. House was exactly as advertised. Clean and by all appearance well stocked with necessary kitchen supplies (although as with guys we didn’t use more than a few glasses). House even had enough starter supplies by way of dish detergent and trash bags which is always appreciated. Nice main living room with a large screen TV. The large outdoor table on the covered deck/balcony made for a good gathering area for a few drinks as we recapped the days rounds. The house had a very convenient albiet small private back yard with a bright light which was the ideal spot for a quick corn hole tournament at night (we didn’t mind the shorter throwing distance). Conveniently located within walking distance to WaWa and a few restaurants. Less than a 5 minute drive to downtown for more restaurants and night life. For breakfast, highly recommend Mrs. Brizzle’s Bun for bagel sandwiches, biscotti and coffee. Definitely recommend working with Joe and renting his place. Hope to do so again myself.

Upon checking in upstairs smoke detector was chirping, reached out to Joe, within 45 min his maintenance guy was at the house to replace battery. Thank you for a wonderful weekend get away. Will rent this home again!

We did a long weekend celebrating my upcoming 50th birthday and it was a girls weekend. Joe has a beautiful home and it’s location is perfection!! You are able to walk into town and leave your car at the house. You are only a block from the beach. Joe was awesome to work with. He was very accommodating and his communication was excellent. I hope to stay here again. If I could give this 10 stars I would. We had a great memorable weekend. Thanks again Joe!!

Joe’s shore house is In a perfect location only a block from the beach and 2 blocks from the bars and restaurants in downtown Sea Isle! He was extremely responsive to any questions I had and allowed us for early check in last minute, because he did not have a rental the night before. I would highly recommend staying at his house with a group friends or family —it was a perfect spot to enjoy loved ones!!

House is just as described. The owner was welcoming and communicative. Everything was almost perfect! Lots of things you forget when cooking were there, spices, coffee filters, tea bags, etc. So it made it so much easier! Beds were super comfortable. Including beach tags and beach chairs was a really nice touch. Overall, a great rental! Thank you Joe and family for the great house (and super weather during our stay!)

Great time at Sea Isle City at Jakz Beach House.  Great location, close to beach, restaurants, bars, ice cream, putt putt golf etc. House has plenty of room and the deck is awesome with a little view of the beach and water. Very nice.

My family rented this house for a week in august. Nice house, great location, lots of sleeping space and room, nice view of the ocean from the front deck. We had a great time and had room for kids friends too. Will rebook again in 2022

We have stayed at Jak’z Sandhouse the last few years. Every year gets better as we become more and more familiar with Sea Isle City. It is our happy place. The house is spacious and nicely appointed. Our favorite gathering spot is the large, covered deck.  The owner is gracious and accommodating. And the location is amazing! A block off the beach and boardwalk, you can park you car for the week ;). Everything, including some wonderful restaurants and Excursion Park, is close to the house.

I want to thank the Lucia Family for allowing us to enjoy their beautiful beach house!! We had the best beach week ever (of course it helped that our new 10 month old granddaughter was with us for her first Fox Family Vacation!!). Perfect weather, perfect location and perfect family time. We were even able to see the 4th of July fireworks from the amazing front porch. The beach house allows us to enjoy the quiet street location, excellent access back and forth to the beach and is within walking distance to all of the best Sea Isle amenities. Joe is also as always the best host!!

Joe’s response to emails and questions were 5 star. He puts you at ease. We had beautiful beach weather. We enjoyed sea breezes on the covered porch which was perfect for our sunny weather. My friends and I had a great weekend at Jakz! The location is perfect since it is so close to both the beach and town. The house is very spacious and roomy so it was perfect for us. We also loved the outdoor deck. Joe was extremely helpful and provided us with so much information about the place and Sea Isle. It was overall a great experience!

We stayed for a long weekend in April around Easter. The location was perfect. Easily walkable to the beach, promenade and playground/shops. The house was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed to make meals at home or go to the beach. Great internet service and netflix to watch too! Joe checked in with us and was available the whole time if we needed anything. We’ll definitely be back!

The house is perfect, barely a block from the beach, with a beautiful deck. My friends and I stayed around a month ago and immediately scheduled another visit. The Lucia family provides everything you need and more for the stay and they are SUPER accommodating. 11 out of 10!
